The Interview

Where were you born and when and why did you move to Secunda?

I was born in Johannesburg and moved to Secunda because of the opportunity of the position at Graceland

Who are you and as what type of person do you classify yourself?

I am a person that takes business very serious. I treat Graceland as my own business and I am a person that can relate to anyone. According to his Personal Assistant, Rae Maraee, Mr Cramer is an extremely kind hearted and considerate person who is an asset to Graceland.

What is your favorite thing to do when you are not working?

To spend time with family and my wife

What is your biggest dream?

To own my own group of Hotels and Casino’s

If you could meet anyone in the world who would it be and why?

There is no one in particular that I would like to meet. Every single person I meet is important to me.

What is your favorite day of the week and why?

I like everyday, because I am busy all the time and I really love what I do.

What was your most embarrassing moment?

At a previous place where I was employed, 100 guests arrived for breakfast one morning and absolutely no one was aware of this, which means nothing was prepared! Oops! is the word. Something I would not repeat ever again!

If possible, what one thing would you change in the world?

Just for the world to be happy and for all people to be nice to each other and respect each other.

Tell is a bit about you position in Graceland:

The main purpose of my position is to manage the Hotel and Casino operation services for Graceland Hotel, Casino and Country Club and to develop strategies designed to satisfy customer needs and maximize profitability and return on investment.

What is your professional opinion on Secunda’s business sector/industry?

It is well developed and growing more and more everyday. The businesses in Secunda are professional and committed.

What would you like the people of Secunda, to know about you?

I’m here for everybody.
