Where were you born and where did you grow up?
We lived in Zimbabwe until I was about 12 years old, from there we went to Swaziland and then to Richards Bay. After school I went to the UK to study.
Describe yourself in one sentence:
I am the most caring person you’ll ever meet.
What would you do with a million bucks?
I will get the rest of my family out of Zimbabwe and I will take all my models on holiday.
What was your most embarrassing moment?
There’s actually many of them, but I would say that my worst most embarrassing moment was when hosting the Miss Africa pageant. There were about 2000 people and when I got up the stage the mic wasn’t working. When the mic finally came on, I was so frustrated and saying things that the crowd wasn’t actually supposed to hear. Luckily everyone just laughed and the night went on.

If you could meet anyone in the world who would it be and why?
I would definitely like to meet Oprah Winfrey – She is a stunning woman and does a lot of charity work and helps a lot of people.
What did you want to become when you grew up?
A Wildlife ranger
What changed or what kept you going?
The BAD pay!
Tell us about your modeling school/your occupation.
My modeling school, La Mode Modelling, started of in a church hall with 2 students, we are currently 4 years old and have 150 students. And they are doing great. Everyday we are growing from strength to strength.
How do you run your modeling school (standards, perceptions emotions etc) ?
I am Strict but fair. I keep up with international trends & standards.
What is your biggest dream?
To host Mrs. Universe here in South Africa.
What was your greatest accomplishment in life so far?
My Modeling! I was the best regional director of “Male Model Africa” in 2004 and that same year (at the same event) I was chosen as Jacques Pierre’s model of the year.
How would you describe the modeling industry in South Africa and do you think there is a future for models in South Africa?
In general the modeling industry in SA is definitely growing and becoming more professional. Yes, there is definitely a future for models in South Africa, the industry is absolutely growing and a lot of companies and agencies form overseas are using South African models.
According to your opinion, what is the key to becoming a successful model?

Who or what was your inspiration for becoming the person that you are today?
It just happened. I love kids, through the years that love has just grown
What do you think of Secunda?
It’s a funny town, and I am still trying to figure it out!
Any inspirational words to the community?
Don’t be scared to take chances. Always trust your heart and your first instinct. I believe in rather regretting the things you did than the things you didn’t do.
